After seasons of physical fights and screaming matches between Teresa and Joe Giudice, and Melissa and Joe Gorga, the family has finally put their differences aside.
Although the details on what caused the infamous feud are still murky, Joe Gorga revealed in a preview clip for The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In special what led fights like the baptism brawl.
“I believe what happened to us, it was a competition,” Joe Gorga revealed. “It really destroyed our family, but it’s over now. I see a big change in Joe Giudice, he’s more humble now.”
Joe Gorga even dished that he’s been e-mailing his sister during her stint in prison for fraud.
Also in the preview clip, Melissa revealed how the family will continue to look past their tumultuous relationship and be there for each other in the wake of Teresa and Joe’s legal troubles.

“Family is so crazy because we’ve had some pretty serious arguments,” Melissa explained. “Sometimes it takes a horrible situation to make families realize how important one another are. I never want to go back to that dark place ever.”
