John Cena Says He’s ‘Being Accountable’ Amid Reunion With Nikki Bella
John Cena has a new attitude after reuniting with his longtime love Nikki Bella.
After the couple confirmed they are back together since calling off their wedding in April, John tweeted some cryptic advice, suggesting he’s taking time to self reflect.
“Being accountable is a great way to face who you are,” the wrestler turned actor tweeted Friday. “We often speak of aspiration and quickly point out the faults of others, yet fail to heed our words or be brave enough to be accountable for our own faults.”
Nikki and John called off their wedding in April, after John refused to have kids with the Total Bellas star. A few weeks later, John said he’d love to “have a family” with Nikki. Soon after, the two were spotted hanging out together again.
“They’re basically back together,” a source told People after they were spotted with each other on May 19. “They never stopped talking. Other than the actual wedding weekend, when they took some space, they have been talking.”

“They both got a wake-up call once they canceled the wedding, and they both realized they could fix what was broken,” the insider said.
