From 'Paradise' To Hell! Josh & Amanda's Split Is SO Ugly — Now The Cops Are Involved!

There are always three sides to every story!

Josh Murray can add another bad breakup to his growing list of failed relationships after calling the cops on his ex-fiancée Amanda Stanton!

Alright guys, fair warning, buckle up because everyone involved in this dramatic breakup is telling a different story.

Okay, so In Touch first reported that Josh called the cops on Amanda, on March 20, after Amanda reportedly refused to give Josh $30,000 to pay off the Audi Q5 he bought her in October. “Amanda told Josh she wanted to work out the car situation when she got back from vacation,” a source told the site. “But instead of waiting any longer, he called the police the day she got home.”

Now, this is where the story starts to go in three totally different directions. Here’s Josh’s assistant Hayley Wyatts’ account of the events leading up to the incident: Hayley claims that she was the middleman between the former couple, and was tasked with getting the car back from the mom-of-two.

“I told Amanda she had two options: she would have to get a lender for the remaining balance of the vehicle if she wanted to keep it, or she could give it back," Hayley told E! News.

However, the assistant said Amanda refused both options. "She said the only way she'd give it back is if she was ordered by a judge." So, Hayley and Josh decided to call the police.

“An officer was with me when we went to the place that Josh and Amanda shared to get the vehicle," Josh’s assistant recalled. "We got the keys back and removed all her personal items from the car.”

However, when Hayley and the officer went to return Amanda’s possessions, things reportedly turned volatile. Hayley said Amanda became verbally abusive in front of one of her daughters, who had come out with the reality star as she retrieved her stuff.

"In front of her daughter, Amanda proceeded to call me 'Fatty' a number of times. Repeatedly," Hayley claimed. “She was body-shaming me in front of her daughter. It was really hurtful. She knows I have struggled with my weight.”

Hayley also said Amanda accused her of stealing a pair of sunglasses and an iPad, which impelled her to call the police again. "The police invited her to check the vehicle for her missing things, and she refused," Hayley said, noting that Amanda eventually retracted her statements.

Now here’s Amanda’s account of the events, and let’s just say she is not backing Hayley’s side of the story what so ever: “It's all a lie! It's just really frustrating," she told US Weekly. “He doesn't even have a personal assistant. I don't know why she's calling herself that. I don't know why I woke up to all this. I thought things were fine.”

Amanda told the mag that although she didn’t need a new car from Josh after he requested $30,000 from her, she offered to take over the car payments.

“He wanted to go to the DMV the next day, but I was going out of town and told him we could handle when I got back. He said ‘OK’ and we were going to handle it on Tuesday,” the mom-of-two explained. “I got home on Monday night and was cooking dinner for my daughters when there was a knock at the door and it was the police. I was very cooperative and gave them the keys right away. I got a new car the next day,” Amanda added.

“If anything, it was just weird that he called the police when he didn’t have to. We don’t talk anymore. I don’t know why this had to happen. I thought once we cut our ties and he had his car back we’d be done with each other.”

Amanda also denied that she ever called Hayley fat.

"Never, ever would I body shame, anybody," she told E!. “That just honestly makes me so upset to even read that. It's just sad that anyone can make up a lie.”

The reality star said she feels this was all a “set up” Josh and Hayley created “just so they could write an article about it. “He's the worst,” she admitted. “Everybody warned me."

While there clearly are two very different sides to this story, the Irvine Police department’s account of the events is pretty short and sweet, and it seems to side more with Amanda’s version of what happened that night.

“It was an incident where it was a dispute over a car and perhaps some items in the car. It basically resolved itself,” the Irvine Police PIO told Us Weekly. “No arrests were made. There was no criminal activity of any sort.”
