Justin Bieber Slapped With Huge Bill From Quarantine Center Caring For His Pet Monkey!

Justin Bieber's 20-week-old pet monkey named Malley has been hanging out in a quarantine center since being seized by customs officers in Germany, but now JB is being charged thousands of dollars for food, care and vet visits by the center. After Justin couldn't produce the proper paperwork for the pet, German customs took Malley because he violated strict health issues. Justin has a couple of hours to claim the monkey and pay up!
