How Justin Bieber's Jealous Streak Drove Selena Gomez Away
The world went crazy when Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez got back together in 2017 after spending 3 years apart but things aren't going well for the on-and-off again couple.
According to a source, Justin has grown increasingly possessive of the "Bad Liar" singer.
"He always wants to know where Selena is and expects her to text him every hour," the source dished. "He thinks he's showing her how much he loves her, but lately she's been feeling a little bit smothered."
The insider told OK! that the 24-year-old recently freaked out when he heard his girlfriend was hanging out with her former costar, Timothée Chalamet.
"Timmy and Selena are just friends, and they had drinks with a whole group of pals, but the fact that he's hot and single sent Justin into a tailspin," the source continued.
The insider adds that Justin's paranoia is beginning to wear on Selena: "Justin's behavior comes down to his fears of losing her again, but, in reality, it's just pushing her away."
Selena and Justin dated on and off for four years before calling it quits in 2014. But since their reunion in October 2017, they've been inseparable: packing on the PDA, going on hot dates and steamy vacations together.
