In a sneak peek clip for upcoming season, the pregnant reality star opened up about her relationship with her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez. "How are things with the person you are seeing," her friend asks and she replies, "He doesn't want to be on the show, he doesn't want his name on the show."
Her friend asks, "Is his embarrassed?," before Kail dropped a bombshell, "He's probably like, he doesn't want his other hoes to know about me."
