In a brand new interview, Kanye West is finally addressing the November 2016 mental breakdown that landed him under involuntary hold in a hospital mental ward.

In the at-home tell-all with iHeartRadio host Charlamagne, Kanye reveals that fear and 'manipulation' led to his breakdown, which he prefers to refer to as a breakthrough. "There were elements of having a breakdown or breakthrough that was FIRE," he claimed.
