Aleeah 'Blames Herself!' Leah's Daughter's Feels Responsible For Her Twin Ali's Disability

Leah Messer is just a mother balancing it all!

In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom 2, Leah opened up to her mother, Dawn, and her friend, Megan, about the latest struggles she's been facing with her twins, Ali and Aleeah.

"It's so different with the twins. If they were the same age and Ali didn't have the disability I would be able to do the same thing with both of them. But it's not that way, it's kind of different," she admitted.

As seen in the previous episode, Ali's twin, Aleeah, feels guilty and blames herself for her sister's muscular dystrophy.
