The teen daughter of the late remains in the psych ward at UCLA hospital after a request for her to be transferred to an out-of-state rehab facility was rejected for fear of the paparazzi onslaught that would occur if she were to be admitted, OKMagazine.com is reporting.

According to TMZ , doctors will not allow Paris, 15, to return home as they fear she remains a serious danger to herself and that unless she gets further treatment she could attempt suicide once again.

Paris' biological mom, , had asked for the teen be sent to a specialist treatment center in Utah but the facility denied her request as they feared they would be inundated with paparazzi.
