Patton Oswalt’s wife, Michelle McNamara, died tragically of an accidental overdose and heart condition in April 2016.

According to the file, investigators found pills and cocaine at the scene. Authorities admitted the drugs fentanyl, Xanax, and amphetamines were all found in Michelle’s blood stream.
