The spokesperson explained how he still has an August 6th court date on the calendar. As previously reported, Ryan was arrested on July 23rd for petition to revoke, which means breaking probation from a past simple possession of heroin arrest. He was held on no bond and was given the August 6th court date.

According to an arrest warrant obtained by Radar, Ryan missed a court date on May 21st, 2018, which led to the warrant being issued the following day.
