In a sneak peek clip for the second part of the Teen Mom OG reunion special, Dr. Drew puts his foot down with Ryan Edwards' wife.
Mackenzie wouldn't allow Dr. Drew to explain his thoughts on Ryan's medication use so he snapped at her, "Mackenzie are you ready to listen to me?" She was left stunned and fired back, "Excuse me?"
Ryan didn't seem to thrilled and told his wife to "relax."
