Watch: Vogue Gives Beyoncé Unprecedented Control Over The September Issue Cover

Sources have revealed that Queen Bey has been given the prestigious honor from Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour herself, to have unprecedented control of the September issue cover.  Her primary act of business was to hire the magazine's first ever black photographer to shoot it. The historic cover will be shot by 23-year-old Tyler Mitchell.

"The reason a 23-year-old black photographer is photographing Beyoncé for the cover of Vogue is because Beyoncé used her power and influence to get him that assignment," a source revealed to The Huffington Post.

Sources revealed that the publication is obligated by a contract allowing Beyoncé full creative control over the cover, the photos of her inside the issue and the captions which the singer wrote herself. Anna usually has immense control over what goes on the cover of the magazine and cover stars have no say in what they wear in the photos.

The September issue is the biggest and most important of the year and this issue will most likely be Anna's last. But not to worry, she isn't leaving the fashion bible for good.
