As OK! readers know, Carrie broke her wrist and injured her face after she fell on her front porch at her home in Nashville last November.

The fall resulted in the 35-year-old singer receiving 40-50 stitches to her face.

In a letter to her fan club in January, Carrie explained, “When I am ready to get in front of a camera, I want you all to understand why I might look a bit different.”

Following the accident, Carrie kept a low profile, only showing partial images of her face on social media.
