Rick Springfield looks very emotional and ashamed in his mug shot, released by the L.A. County Sheriff's Department after his arrest for a DUI Sunday night.
The "Jessie's Girl" singer was stopped by L.A.P.D. at 8 p.m. (PT) on Sunday night, TMZ reports, and smelled like alcohol prompting officials to breathalyze him to check his blood alcohol content.

His level was a .10, which exceeds California's legal limit of .08.
The '80s rocker was released Monday around 2 a.m. on a $5,000 bond and will head to court July 5 for his case.
