Jennifer Lopez looks radiant on the September cover of InStyle.

"The secret to success is finding balance," she told the magazine. "You have to know what makes you happy — so your life is what you always dreamed it could be."

One thing J.Lo's always been amazing at is staying in the tabloids. We've seen her with everyone from P. Diddy to Ben Affleck (which spawned the infamous "Bennifer") to Marc Anthony to her most recent paramour, back-up dancer Casper Smart, who happens to be 18 years her junior.

"The most important quality the man in my life should have is that he is sweet. I like the good guys," she said.

Which isn't to say her romances always work out. In fact, the thrice-divorced singer owns up to her patchy track record but remains optimistic. In fact, she sees the setbacks as opportunities to "grow."

"I live by the mantra that God doesn't give you anything you can't handle," she told the magazine. "At this point in my life, I've learned I can really survive things. You never stop believing in love, and you never, never give up."
