Some of our favorite Canadians, Justin Bieber, Avril Lavigne and Ryan Gosling, are surprisingly related!

Justin, Avril and Ryan share a common bond going back 400 years to Quebec's early settlers.

Ancestry.com experts say Justin and Ryan are 11th cousins once removed, whereas Justin and Avril are 12th cousins, through common relatives.

And then there's another Canadian songstress: Celine Dion!

The Biebs is actually related to Celine because they're 10th cousins three times removed. Got it?

Genealogist Lesley Anderson told E! News, "Discoveries like this are rare, so the fact that some of Canada's top entertainment industry stars are all related is especially fascinating."
