Madonna won't be alone as she graces the stage for the Super Bowl halftime show on Feb. 5. Rumor has it hip-hop queens Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. will make appearances, as well as the hilarious "rap" band sensation LMFAO!
Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.i.am told a British radio station Capital FM that his buddies LMFAO are headed to football's biggest night to rock out and watch the faceoff between the New York Giants and New England Patriots.
“I’m going to the Super Bowl this year to see my group LMFAO perform with Madonna,” Will.i.am revealed, adding, “Check that out, Will.i.am Music Group is pretty freaking two for two,” he continued. “One year the Super Bowl, the next year another group part of the Super Bowl in collaboration with Madonna. That’s still happening.”
LMFAO have had huge success this year with their hits "Party Rock Anthem" and "Sexy and I Know It," although it's hard to picture Madge collaborating with the wild duo on stage. Especially if Nicki Minaj and M.I.A are there, too! Will their performance beat out Aerosmith, 'NSYNC and Britney Spears' 2001 halftime spectacular? We'll have to wait and see what Madonna pulls out of her bag of tricks.
