When Paul Rudd attended an event last night, Oscar Wilde: Honoring the Irish in Film, he had no idea Julia Roberts was going to make a surprise appearance to honor him!
According to Entertainment Tonight, Julia made an unexpected entrance and presented Paul with the Honorary Irishman award! Since Paul is actually the son of Jewish immigrants from England, Julia joked, “Maybe I can become Irish. My middle name is Fiona, which is a step closer to being Irish than Paul Rudd was five minutes ago.”
Julia and Paul shared the stage with Bradley Cooper in 2006 when they starred in the play, Three Days of Rain, on Broadway.
