Vinny Guadagnino Reveals Anxiety Disorder

Last night's episode of Jersey Shore went down a road less traveled when Vinny Guadagnino revealed he has been dealing with anxiety. After stress became too much to handle, Vinny decided to leave the house to focus on his emotional health.

 In a new public service announcement, according to GossipCop, the reality star has teamed up with The Jed Foundation and the Half of Us Campaign to encourage people to seek help. He explained when he "was feeling anxious and stressed, I knew I had to take a step back and get help." OK! NEWS: TENSIONS RISE ON JERSEY SHORE PREMIERE Vinny told MTV News, "I had to go home to recharge; Pauly is just not enough." Considering it seems like he had a hard time adjusting to life back at the shore with very little downtime between Italy and the current season, he went home to Staten Island to catch his breath. "We just came from Italy," he explained, "and you know we all hit a wall at some point." Adding they all "reached our breaking point because it was so hard," he was true to himself and said when he's feeling like that, he needs certain things.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino noted, "I know Pauly was genuinely upset. We were all upset but Pauly took it to heart. I know that for a fact."
