THE WWE SUPERSTAR & 'TOTAL DIVA' REVEALS WHAT'S IN HER SUITCASE!

Thank you @vgkenalison for asking me how to pack a suitcase for a vacation!

Suitcase packing is my expertise. I travel around the world with WWE nearly 300 days a year. As a WWE Superstar, we go everywhere from frigid climates to tropical getaways. There's no telling what I'm going to be doing, whether it's filming for “Total Divas” in Cabos San Lucas or wrestling in front of 15,000 people in Copenhagen, Denmark.

But with all this crazy traveling one might ask, 'what do you bring when you can't bring your house with you!'

I have to travel smart. I don't have a choice because I don't have someone carrying around my bags for me. I have to carry them myself! I bring a large checked bag and a smaller one for carry-on items. I also believe in investing in good quality luggage. Because when I'm away from home, my luggage is like my house. It's with me all the time and it keeps my items safe. I need to be able to throw my luggage around, trek it through the rain and snow and everything in between. My favorite brands of luggage are Tumi and Briggs and Riley. They have good warranties in case stuff needs to be repaired or replaced.

I bring the essentials with me when I'm packing for a trip, and packing for a vacation is no different. Workout clothes are a must! A couple of cute bikinis and a sarong are also a must! My Black Lulu Lemon leggings (the "Align" pants are to die for at LuLu) have never done me wrong and they don't feel like they ever get dirty and they go with absolutely everything. I love the Lulu Lemon racer back tank tops as well. I have them in a variety of colors like black (LOL I love black!) and hot pink. Cute tennis shoes and a sports bra and you're set!

I also always pack a simple little black dress. I have a favorite LBD (Little Black Dress) I wear by Dolce and Gabbana and I've worn this dress 30 times. It never fails me! I'll pack a pair of strappy nude Stuart Weitzman heels and voila - an outfit for a night on the town!

You can't go wrong with a couple of pairs of jeans. Black and denim go with everything and a couple of basic tops (I like tank tops or V neck T-shirts in white or black). This will go great with a leather jacket, which to me is a travel staple. Especially on flights when sometimes it gets cold. Pair these with a pair of black leather booties or black knee high boots and you're set for airports, a nightclub, a hair appointment, lunch at a cute restaurant or meeting the man of your dreams...James Dean anyone?!!!

Lastly, I never leave home without my scarf! I have a favorite oversized black scarf from Louis Vuitton and it acts like an umbrella, blanket, pillow, shawl, jacket and anything else I might need it to be! It looks pretty but it's also something I can throw on and feel kind of at home in no matter how far away from home I am! #ScarfLife

So wherever it is in the world that you like to go... keep it simple and know that less is more! Except if someone takes you on a shopping spree in Paris, France. Then — MORE is MORE! ❤
