The video starts out normally enough. The camera focuses tightly on Miley's face as she tears up, singing about a love that is breaking apart. You're just about ready to speculate that it's all about Liam Hemsworth and you're getting really sad when—um, Miley, wait, why are you licking the sledge hammer like that? And then, oh, nudity. She's totally nude. Watch now:
