Friends of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Star Kim Richards Concerned About Possible Relapse

As Kim Richards travels on the road to sobriety, friends are concerned the star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has not only releapsed, but that she's also abusing pain pills.

Last year Bravo executives forced the reality star to get treatment for her substance abuse problems when her behavior became more problematic. At the time, Kim completed a 30-day rehab stint. As reported by RadarOnline, she was released in January.

Well, now that several months of clean living have passed, Kim seems to be relying on old behaviors. An insider told the site, "Kim has appeared to be totally stoned whenever I've seen her recently. Her speech is slurred, her eyes are glassy and she's incoherent at times."

The source added, "She recently had a nose job and was prescribed pain pills to help her through the recovery and she appears to have developed a real liking for them." Apparently she mentioned she wants to get a second nose job because her dog allegedly jumped on Kim and hit her in the face.

It sounds like addiciton specialists don't want recovering addicts to get any type of elective surgery less than a year after leaving treatment due to this very reason. The insider explained, "A person that has substance abuse issues should not have ready access to strong, addictive medications, it's just begging for trouble."
