Prince William's wife Kate Middleton, is whispering to friends that she feels under pressure to get pregnant — and it's stressing her out, insiders tell OK!.

Says a London socialite pal of the royal couple: "Kate knows that the queen would love her to get pregnant before the end of the jubilee year. But she feels that the whole world is watching and waiting for her to have a baby."
Things got so bad during this month's Diamond Jubilee celebrations in London — which mark Elizabeth's 60th anniversary on the throne — that "Kate got quite upset on more than one occasion because the emotion was getting to her," discloses a longtime friend of the young royal. "All anyone ever asks her these days is when is she going to have a baby. It's driving her nuts."
