Stacey Dash Leaves 'Single Ladies'

Single Ladies, the first scripted series on Vh1, has lost one of its leading ladies. Stacey Dash who plays a fashion store owner has decided to exit on her own terms.

"I have to be back in L.A. with my children right now and the Single Ladies shooting location in Atlanta makes this impossible,” Stacey said in a statement. The Clueless star added, “I wish VH1 the best of luck with the show in maintaining the strong fan base we developed in Season 1.”

As noted by Entertainment Weekly, the cable network remarked, “VH1 respects Stacey’s decision and her commitment to what she feels is best for her family.
