Bethenny Frankel’s changing looks over the years seem more apparent than ever before! The reality TV star’s face appeared much tighter and smoother at her Skinnygirl candy launch event.

Plastic surgeon, Dr. Anthony Yuon, who has not treated Bethenny, told OKMagazine.com that, “I suspect that she's had Botox injections in her forehead, causing it to smooth out and her eyebrows to drop slightly and arch.”

Dr. Yuon also explained how the 45-year-old’s cheeks looked plumped because of possible filler like Restylane. He commented that her nose appeared "like it might have been thinned a bit, possibly due to a recent rhinoplasty, or nose job."
