Beyonce pretty hurts

Pretty Hurts: "Isn't it nice to hear a song about how looks don't matter and what's inside does? This ballad sounds like it should've been on '4' and it's kinda boring on first listen, but once you listen again (and watch the video, where Bey competes in a pageant), you'll realize that it'll probably soon become, like, the anthem against plastic surgery."

haunted

Haunted

Haunted: "Okay, seriously, Beyoncé must have seen Sleep No More before filming her 'Haunted' video. It's filled with creepy cats, spooky old guys, sexy strippers, and insane ladies in wheelchairs behind a million doors in what seems like the chicest haunted house, ever. Plus, the bedroom scene is over-the-top glamour with that Michael Cinco velvet cape, Swarovski crystal crown, and sparkly, gunmetal eye. This line pretty much sums things up: 'The bedroom's my runway.' We feel you, B."

Beyonce jay z drunk in love

Drunk in Love: "This song (and video, which is shot in black and white and on a beach and is sexy) is a collab with Jay-Z. It's mostly a ballad, unlike their former duets 'Crazy in Love' and 'Bonnie & Clyde,' and the short rap verse from Bey in the middle and Jay's lyrics, 'We sex again in the morning/your breasteses in my breakfast' are most definitely the best parts. Thanks for the imagery, Jay.

Blow

Blow: "This is one of two songs about oral sex on the album and Ms. Bey? I am blushing. This song is a nice break from all the ballads. It's just such disco fun (hello, vintage DKNY leggings), as the video is in a roller rink."

No angel

No Angel: "Good thing I had massive headphones on—I felt like I was in a studio the second the song started playing. I think I may have even started to bob my head. The video is incredible, and Beyonce’s fur-trimmed jacket is, well, despite the song’s name, angelic. And while I liked the song, it gets a little repetitive after two minutes."

Partition

Partition: "OMG, OMG, OMG! First: OMG. Second: Could this be the sexiest music video/song in Beyonce history? I’m dying over her jewel-encrusted bustier, red lip, and faux-bob in the video—not the mention, I’m eager to 'pretend runway strut' to the beat of this song. It beats out 'Love on Top' without a doubt. Beyonce says she just wants to be the 'girl you like,' like 16,000 times, but don’t worry Bey, I’m sure everyone will like you after they hear this song."

Beyonce—Jealous 2

Jealous: "While Beyonce is singing about being 'Jealous' all I can think about is how fabulous it would be to reign as Queen B. Because let's he honest, this new track is just another perfect expression of the daily relationship struggles we all go through. A+ on this tune and video!"

Beyonce—Rocket

Rocket: "All I have to say is whoa. If you want to see Beyonce's killer body in tons of barely there ensembles then this sexy video is a must see. Get ready because 'Rocket' is hot, hot, hot!"

Mine

Mine: "This is a schizo ballad, but Beyonce sounds like melted chocolate throughout the whole thing. She's not belting or anything, but her thick voice surrounds you in a way that's even more impressive than her vocals on something like 'Halo.' Drake provides little uptempo breaks with the line, 'This is a song for the good girl.' Why is Drake so obsessed with good girls?"

XO: "This song is the Garden State soundtrack meets a dance club. And the video shows Beyonce having the best ever party on Coney Island. She looks drunk and happy and you want to be drunk and happy just like her!"

Bey

Flawless: "One thing is certain—Beyonce is STILL not over her first girl group Girls Tyme losing to a older male group called Skeleton Crew on Star Search in the early 90s. Clips of the episode bookend the video of this feisty girl anthem that also features a voice over which questions gender roles in society. I literally don't know what Beyonce is getting at here because while the 'independent women' theme flows throughout, Bey also says 'Bow down b*tches" consistently. Skeleton Crew—the ball's in your court now."

Superwoman: "Underboob pairs nicely with a traditional head scarf, dontcha think? Once again, I don't know what Beyonce is going for in the video for 'Superpower,' a slower jam that features the silky smooth voice of Frank Ocean. But BONUS! Her DC3 buddies & Pharrell Williams show up to take part in a Braveheart type battle scene. Guys. I have no idea. Someone explain?"

heaven

Heaven

Heaven: "It's a sad yet beautiful song only highlighted by the video where Beyonce hangs with her best friend, who unfortunately 'heaven couldn't wait for.' It's fun to see Beyonce having the best time. It's sad to see her cry. Really pretty song and video encapsulates that perfectly."

Blue

Blue: "I feel like I just went on vacation with Beyonce and Blue and their whole family and loved every second of it. Blue is the most beautiful baby in all the land and this song not only dedicated but also featuring her adorable voice is quite fitting. I feel warm inside! Also, what is this dance and how can I learn it?"

Ghost

Ghost: "Immediately I got chills and had 500 thoughts. First off, you see her breasts through this thin sheet she's dancing in, which reminds me of Mr. G (from Summer Heights High). Her hair looks amazing. Her body is insane. She drops a line that goes 'Probably won't make any money off this, oh well.' IS SHE KIDDING?! It's so good. Slightly reminds me of Kanye West because it's basically about how she's sick of the record labels and over the hype but she does it in a more tasteful way. She's just everything."

Yonce

Yonce: "What. Just. Happened. Joan Smalls? Chanel Iman? Beyonce's alter ego Yonce? Stink faces? Once again her body KILLS it. It basically takes place in what looks like an alley way in Bushwick and it's just her, Chanel, and Joan shaking their booties and being hot. The beat is so good and I picture myself walking down the street listening to this song in my headphones strutting like the bad b*tch she is. All hail the queen."

Grown woman

Grown Woman: "Beyonce had released this song previously, but I'm not mad about it. The video shows her old home movies, and someone baby Beyonce in the 80s is singing along?! What sorcery is this? Current Beyonce watches while drinking whiskey, chewing gum, and holding on to her old dance trophies. Genius concept. Yes."
