It can’t be easy being married to one of Hollywood’s most in-demand actors. Anna Faris knows the struggle. As the wife of Jurassic World star Chris Pratt, the actress admits even she’s felt insecure about their marriage at times.
The Mom star recently talked marital challenges on her podcast Anna Faris Is Unqualified with fellow funny lady Isla Fisher. After Isla said she prefers not to talk about her relationship with husband Sacha Baron Cohen, Anna said she could relate.
“Chris and I, we talk about this a lot. We grapple with a lot of the ideas of being a public couple,” Anna explained.
Anna said being in the public eye became challenging for the comedic couple about a year ago. Chris’s career had begun taking off, due to box office hits like Guardians of the Galaxy and The Lego Movie, and the actor’s filming schedule started to get extra busy as a result.
“I take great pride in how great my relationship is with Chris, but having said that, of course, in this crazy world where he’s off doing movies and I’m in L.A. raising our child, of course I’m going to feel vulnerable, like any normal human would,” Anna admitted.
“It made me feel incredibly insecure,” Anna added. Chris recently announced he'll take a six month break from filming, though, so it's clear Anna and their three-year-old son Jack are his first priority.
