The actress and her daughter left their hotel in NYC.
They then arrived at Teterboro Airport where they boarded a private jet.
Meanwhile, Ben was back in Los Angeles dealing with his latest scandal.

Just last week, he was spotted out to lunch with a sober nurse, adding fuel to rumors that his sobriety — combined with infidelity — was among the reasons for his separation from his wife.
Despite officially announcing their intention to split, neither party has actually filed for divorce.
Just last night, Ben was spotted on a red carpet cozying up to Sienna Miller, adding to speculation that they may have a romance of their own.
