Another Teen Mom heartbreak! Leah Messer's second ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert and his longtime fiancé, Brooke Wehr, have officially called it quits...again!
Over the weekend through multiple NSFW memes, Jeremy and Brooke both confirmed they were single.
But confirming their split wasn't the only thing they revealed through memes! Brooke also accused Jeremy of cheating on her with MTV producer, Mandi Venturino, through a meme which she has since deleted.

On Sunday, he posted a selfie with his daughter, Addie, writing, "The only girl i need in my life......Only thing she complains about is the wrong color bug juice."
When asked by RadarOnline.com, Mandi and MTV had no comment on the cheating allegations.
