Jessica varies her workout routine. She has said before, “I like to do a couple of yoga classes during the week, for stretching and elongating, mixed in with weight training sessions, for strength.”
The 7th Heaven star also adheres to a Paleo Diet, which means she avoids most starches and sugars and all processed foods.
