"Ben thinks he may have picked the wrong woman," an insider to In Touch. As seen on the show, Ben told both JoJo and Lauren that he was in love with them which stirred up a lot of drama.

"Every time he has a fight with Lauren, his mind wanders back to JoJo. He questions wheather he would have been happier being engaged to her," the source revealed.

Now that JoJo is publicly searching for her true love on the show, things have only gotten worse. "Ben's realizing he's still very much in love with JoJo," the insider dished. "And that those feelings may never go away."

According to the insider, "Lauren has never forgiven Ben for telling JoJo he loved her just hours before proposing." Adding, "her insecurity has always been a source of tension."
