The mom of two was seen out in NYC on May 3 with Joel David Moore, an actor who's most known for his role in Avatar.

Joel is one of the many guys Kate has been linked to since her December split, others being Derek Hough and Chris Martin."She says she’s just a free spirit, but she’s always on the hunt for the next best thing," a source told OK! of Kate's dating habits. "She gets bored easily."

However, even though Kate's family and friends want her to be happy since her split from her younger son's father, they're worried about her!
