Kim Zolciak Biermann will be playing a different role -- this time -- the Atlanta star will be: NURSE MOMMY! The 39-year-old had to take two of her children, Brielle and son Kash to the hospital, where they went under the knife for separate procedures: tonsils and adenoid removal.
The TV personality shared a photo of the recovery room, where she and husband Kroy Biermann, stood amongst their sleeping children.Though the backlit photo was a tad bit somber, Kim was in positive spirits: “2 kids same recovery room! It’s all good though had the best doctor!” Kim, 39, wrote on Instagram.
Kim, a fan of recording intimate moments, divulged more about the hospital visit. “had to take a pic for @kashbiermann and @briellebiermann for memory sake,” she explained.
Unfortunately for Kim, this wasn't the first hospital visit for her four-year-old son, Kash, this year. In April, the mother of six had to take Kash to the hospital after being bitten by a dog.

“I don’t know where to start.” “The last 14hrs of our lives has been a living nightmare. My sweet @kashbiermann was bit by a dog and had very traumatic injuries. I’ve never prayed so hard, or been so scared in my life,” she revealed on Instagram.
Here's hoping that this will be the last of many hospital visits for the star and her children.
