'Teen Mom' Nip & Tuck! Inside Briana's Plastic Surgery Plans After Second Child

Back under the knife! Less than a month after welcoming her second child, Briana DeJesus announced her upcoming plans for plastic surgery with Dr. Michael Salzhauer, also known as Dr. Miami, leaving fans completely shocked.

In April, Briana shared a text message exchange between herself and Dr. Miami writing, "This is why I love him so much. Got so many new ideas on what I want to do!!!!! Stay tuned!!!!"

Briana left fans in shocked after she tweeted, "Waiting for January to come around so I can go see my fav doctor. @TheRealDrMiami."

"Briana already had one labiaplasty and although it is not common to have it done again, it is definitely not uncommon," Dr. Miami said.

"Briana will have to wait 6 months before I work on her again because she has to lose the baby weight, which will cause her to have loose skin," he said.

In 2016, Briana received a boob job, butt lift, and labiaplasty procedure done by Dr. Miami. "That is all I did on her. It was one long operation, and it took about two weeks to recover," he said.
