The Feud EXPLODES! Farrah Abraham SLAMMED For 'Mistreating' Employee On 'Teen Mom OG!'

Wherever Farrah Abraham goes, she brings the drama! During last night's episode, the reality star got caught in a MAJOR feud with one of her workers and it didn't end on a good note! Click through for the biggest O-M-G moments from last night's episode.

Before their fight escalated, Farrah and her worker Kiana sat outside to chat about their issues at Froco. “You need to be more in touch with yourself to know, hey, is this something I am going to get frustrated with, can I do this, you need to be allowing to open up yourself to be like, how can I do this different, because what I’m trying is not working,” Farrah explained.

She continued, “Kiana, how am I suppose to have a manager here who cannot simply open things, clean after themselves, figure things out, I can’t have that?” Left is complete shock, Kiana started to say, “I’ve never been mistreated like this,” before Farrah fired back, “Mistreated? By me?!” Farrah ended up firing her and the two left on a bad note.

Butch is one year free! Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell threw Darl "Butch" Baltierra an anniversary party in honor of his one year of freedom prison release date. Maybe this is not a good thing to do,” Tyler wondered before his dad arrived to his party. “Hell yeah it is! To celebrate sobriety, absolutely it is,” Cate replied. When Butch made his arrival, he didn’t even realize that it’s been one year! After he admitted that he “forgot,” Tyler fired back, “I didn’t!” After the troubled father read a message out loud, he broke down in tears during his party.

Throughout the season, Cate has been struggling with her aftercare following her stay at rehab for 30 days, as well Tyler struggling. "It's not about me," he told the producer. "I think she has the right tools to figure it out this time." Adding, "I stay out of it."

"It would be different if what I said helped, but it doesn't, it makes things worse. So I'm not nice enough, I can't say it nice enough, it's just annoying, just dude, come on, I don't understand," he added.

Amber Portwood is facing the rumors! Matt Baier told his future wife about how a site claimed that she reportedly suffered a miscarriage due to drugs. "Obviously I'm not on drugs. Obviously I'm not pregnant. I've been on depo shot for a year," she fired at him over the article.

However, things escalated between the couple. "I don't care, these people mean nothing to me," he said. "Yeah but, it hurts you every time something comes out and you're worried about me, and it really depresses me," she told him. Matt expressed his idea of wanting to say something, but Amber thinks it is "so not worth" her time.

Reunited! Matt reunited with his son, Chris Baier, during the episode after many years of not seeing each other. “The main thing that was going on with Matt was he was just nervous to see you, after so long,” Amber told Chris, adding, “He really didn’t know how you were going to react.” Chris replied, “I think people think too much into the situation, like when it comes to me and you.”

Time to celebrate Maci Bookout! The mother-of-three turned 25-years-old and she was quite the lucky lady!

Surprise! Maci came home to cupcakes, balloons, and her adorable family ready to celebrate. “Were you surprised?,” Taylor McKinney asked his wife and she replied, “Yes, I knew something was going on!” He joked, “Well, it was like trying to organize a circus act.” “Well that’s how our pretty much everyday life is,” Maci said.

Benny had a big day to celebrate too, he started 2nd grade. "So do you think Ryan is going to be there?," Maci asked Taylor. "No I don't," he replied. "I literally only hear from him or see him if we are filming, it's true," she said to the producer.
