Chelsea and her friend Megan Nelson have had their ups and downs on Teen Mom 2, but ever since Megan had a baby boy in 2011 it seems like these two have gotten closer. Which is good news for Landon Blow, Chelsea's BFF from hair school. Now the three of them can all hang out!
Mackenzie Douthit
Mackenzie Douthit and her BFF, Cayla Bowman, have so many pics of each other on their Instagram pages and it's adorable. Cayla was even Mackenzie's Maid of Honor! We hope to see more of Cayla on Teen Mom 3 soon.
Leah Messer
We've seen tons of Leah Messer's friends come and go on Teen Mom 2, but we think it's safe to say that her BFF is her little sister, Victoria, who we also saw tons of on the show. Leah even captioned this Insta photo "#mybestfriend," so hey, we only speak the truth!
Maci Bookout
Maci Bookout's met a few new friends since she started college and moved out on her own, but our favorite of Maci's BFFs are Sway and Mimi, whom the fans have known since Maci was on 16 & Pregnant. We saw on Being Maci that they're not too fond of Maci's new friends but hey,ladies! The more merrier.
Jenelle Evans
Jenelle Evans and Tori are more like frenemies than BFFS. Let's not forget that Tori hooked up with Jenelle's ex, Gary Head, and sold her out to the press! But Jenelle recently posted a photo on Instagram of their friendship necklaces, so...let's assume they're back on. For now.

Other than Marina, who joined Alex on her mini-golf group date on a recent episode of Teen Mom 3, we haven't met too many of Alex's BFFs yet. But, we're a big fan of Alex's little sister slash friend Arielle, who is a wise-beyond-her-years teen who's always there to offer up Alex advice. Or babysitting. Whichever.
Catelynn Lowell and Alexa Thomas
Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra hung out with lots of friends during the tapings of Teen Mom, but Cate's new friend, Alexa Thomas, doesn't look familiar. Maybe they met recently? Either way, this girls' night out looks so fun.

Sure, Bri spent her 18th birthday with three close girl friends, but let's be real here—Briana Dejesus' BFFs are certainly her big sister, Brittany, and their amazing mama, Roxanne. Oh, and baby Nova, of course.
