Alicia Keys has been getting attacked for her refusal to wear makeup, but the real beef is going on behind closed doors because The Voice judge is causing a ruckus for cast and crew with her stunt!
A source in production for the NBC singing competition show told RadarOnline that Keys’ au natural look is far from easygoing since she demands perfection in the editing room.
"Alicia is annoying everyone with her whole makeup thing because it really has an impact on the entire production,” the insider said. “She looks washed out and the camera and lighting operators need to adjust everything just for her."

The source added that "Alicia is acting like she is a special judge and that everyone needs to cater to her and it is just not tolerable.”
Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus has earned praise from the crew, who called her “the most fun judge they’ve ever had,” though she and Keys have a bitter relationship.
"Surprisingly, Miley is being much less of a diva than Alicia is, but there's tension,” the source said. “No one expected Miley and Alicia to get along, but when you add competition to the mix it just gets nastier."
