Miley Cyrus and fiancé Liam Hemsworth can’t seem to make a wedding happen. And OK! has learned what may be slowing down the on and off again pair!

According to a source, the duo can’t agree on the type of wedding they’ll have. Miley wants to elope, while Liam wants a more traditional, family-centric event.

“It’s a total stand-off right now. She refuses to back down from eloping,” a source told Okmagazine.com exclusively.

“Liam comes from more traditional stock, and he knows his folks and brothers will kill him if they don’t get to celebrate with him,” the insider continued.

Miley and Liam were first engaged in 2012 but broke off the engagement a year later. Then in January of this year, she posted a pic to Instagram wearing that same engagement ring again and the world learned they were back on.

One would think the couple had finally resolved their problems, but it looks like they just can’t escape their differences! “Miley’s not being very co-operative though and won’t commit to any date, location, or guest list,” said the source.
