Apollo Nida Requests Joint Legal Custody Of His Two Sons!

Just one month after Phaedra Parks announced her divorce from Apollo Nida was finalized; he hit her with a shocking request!

The convicted felon created a petition asking for joint legal custody of the former couple’s two son, Ayden and Dylan.

Apollo also asked for an equitable division of their assets. He is currently serving an eight-year prison sentence for fraud.

Phaedra filed for divorce back in October 2014 after 5 years marriage but it wasn’t granted until this year because of his trial and sentencing.
