Matt Damon may not be back for this installment of the Bourne franchise, but let's just say Jeremy Renner is filling in very nicely.
In The Bourne Identity, Jeremy plays Aaron Cross, a different CIA operative in the world created by Robert Ludlum's novels. Turns out Aaron's life has been compromised by the events of the first three films, The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum.

(And yes, Matt aka Jason Bourne is referenced in the new flick).
But we have a feeling Jeremy, along with co-stars Rachel Weisz and Ed Norton, are going to make sure this movie is as amazing as the other three.

After scripting the first three movies, Tony Gilroy takes the director's chair in addition to writing The Bourne Legacy, which hits theaters on Aug. 8.
