Craggy-faced Hells' Kitchen host Gordon Ramsay underwent an invasive treatment after Simon Cowell suggested he tackle the deep crevices in his chin.
"My mother said they were smile lines," confesses Gordon, who's famous for dropping the F-Bomb on his Fox reality show, "I could deal with that at 21, but not at 42."
So he took advice of fellow straight-talking Brit, American Idol judge Simon, reports the UK's Daily Mail newspaper.
"Simon Cowell suggested that now I'm a success in America, I should do something, so I had a filler put under the deep crevices," says the tough guy, "it hurt."
In an interview with the UK TV magazine, the Radio Times, Gordon opens up about his "year from hell" and how his marriage to wife Tana has become stronger "with the support of friends like David and Victoria Beckham and our families."
