The nominations for the 88th Academy Awards were announced Jan. 14 in Los Angeles. The Revenant leads with 12 nominations as Leonardo DiCaprio seeks his first win for Best Actor. Jennifer Lawrence was honored with her fourth nomination for Best Actress and all-time favorite Sylvester Stallone could win for Creed, almost 40 years after winning his first Oscar for Rocky!
