Jay-Z Disses Paris Tourist Who Questions Rapper’s Identity: 'Who Are You?'

Jay-Z is likely still recovering from the revelation that — despite his own assumptions — he is not known worldwide. This fact was broken to him recently when a man raised a question Hov probably doesn’t get often, “Who are you!?"

The incident, which was captured on video, occurred as Jay-Z, Beyoncé and their daughter Blue Ivy were visiting the Louvre in Paris. The curious tourist was recording the family as they walked by him surrounded by their team, photographers and several excited fans.

Obviously unsure of their identities, the man yelled out to the swarm of people, “Who is he?” Visibly surprised by the inquiry, Jay-Z turned to the man and cooly replied with his own burning question, “Who are you?”

As the man coyly answered with his own name, Jay-Z  briskly walked on with Blue Ivy in his arms, never identifying himself. There’s no guarantee the man ever figured out who he briefly conversed with on Wednesday.
