"Kate has been tasked with planning her sister's 'hen do' ahead of her marrying British financier James Matthews next year," a royal insider spilled.
Pippa, 33, would be thrilled with a small "intimate affair," but publicly perfect Kate is really a girl gone wild — determined to throw a splashy Las Vegas extravaganza.

As Pippa readies save-the-date cards and mulls $20,000 designer wedding dresses, "Kate's inviting around 20 close female friends to the event," dished one snitch. "She's looking to book an entire floor at a five-star hotel for the celebration."
Kate wants to arrange for Britney Spears concert tickets, despite rumors of husband William's long-ago crush on the star, because she knows Pippa and her pals would love it, added the insider.
