The Kardashians definitely didn't make Lamar Odom's recovery easy! From new babies, to break-ups, to Caitlyn Jenner’s transition, a lot has changed since before he was hospitalized.

In a new sneak peek of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian revealed how she helped explain Caitlyn’s transition to the NBA star.

"He saw something on the news about you, and he was a little confused, so I had to like explain it to him," Kim told Caitlyn. "I was like, 'Well, it's Caitlyn now.' And he was like, 'What?'"

Before Lamar overdosed in a brothel in Nevada, he had only known his estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian’s, father to be Bruce Jenner.

"I know Khloe tried to explain it to him a couple of times, but at that point I don't think he was getting anything," Caitlyn responded.
