Nice try, NeNe! Though she had good intentions when she invited her The Real Housewives of Atlanta castmates to therapy, NeNe Leakes quickly discovered that some things are easier said than done!
In a sneak peek from RHOA’s Mar. 15 episode, Leakes and Cynthia Bailey go head-to-head over what caused their friendship to implode.
Leakes accuses Bailey’s husband, Peter Thomas, of speaking to her rudely during a disagreement they had during the show’s sixth season. But Cynthia defends Thomas, saying that she feels he did not speak to Leakes in a negative tone. And she adds that Leakes was actually the one being rude to her husband.

The conversation turns even uglier, though, when the therapist asks the two ladies to identify what made their friendship go sour. “I felt like once the rift started, NeNe just went above and beyond to destroy the friendship,” Bailey says. A defensive Leakes then questions Bailey on exactly how she was a bad friend, countering her former bestie’s claims that she wasn’t open to talking through their issues.
