Prince Harry is such a rascal. In the 24 hours or so since Kensington Palace announced that Kate Middleton is expecting her second child, Harry has already provided a few words to reporters about the impending second royal baby—and of course, they're hilarious.

"I can't wait to see my brother suffer more," Harry said, while hanging with athletes at an Invictus Games training. Presumably, the Cambridges have just a little bit of help with all those nappies and 2am feedings, though! Speculating that the baby could be a little princess, Harry said he will "love to see him try and cope with that." And yes, this little bundle of joy will move Harry even further down the inheritance chain, to which he said, "Great!"

Okay, he's not all jokes, though. Harry also expressed concern for Kate's health, saying she's "doing the best she can." As for Prince George, "I think George will be over the moon. He will be thrilled having another small younger brother or sister."
