"The Heart Wants What It Wants" singer brought her goofy model bestie to Dallas, Tex. with her family and did a little retail therapy. Eyewitnesses on Twitter saw the pair shopping at Toys R Us, Zara, Victoria’s Secret and more at the North Park Mall.
