After what feels like a year of pregnancy, it looks like Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale could finally be welcoming their next child into the world.
OK! has confirmed that the couple, along with several family members, have left their home inside The Summit (the same gated community where Britney Spears lives) and just received a police escort into the maternity ward at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., possibly to deliver their second child together.

They are already parents to adorable baby boy Kingston, who was featured in an exclusive photoshoot in the pages of OK!, and Gavin is the father of 19-year-old daughter Daisy from a previous relationship.
Gwen's pregnancy was unintentionally announced to the world by her father-in-law Douglas in January.
